Ohkaaaaay. I'm blogging about today's training because the seniors came back! (:

Ran with Jayejaye and Mag 8 rounds and I was like

'shitxzxzx I'm dyinggggggg'.

Did some shooting later on and yu lao shi asked me and Joline to go join the cdiv plus seniors.

We were like

'uhhh go which one huh?' ( seniors passing or juniors running)

Went to the juniors side and starting running. For the first time ever I REALLY

felt that I ran fast for my fast break because usually when we do fast break it's after all the drills,

and by then I'll already be so tired and almost dead.

Pokpok came soon and I've NO IDEA WHY but JL ask the juniors to stop and made

the 3 of us run continuous fast breaks with the seniors passing the ball!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I died like on the spot and JL said my neck look like it was going to fall off when I was running.

HAHA. LAUGH ALL YOU WANT.

It really felt like it was about to drop off la!

It was damn tiringggg! But Joline and me stop after

a while but pokpok had to continue running 3 times. Poor thingg.

Shouldn't have went to the juniors side! Should have went shooting with the rest. BOOOO!

But oh well it's ALREADY OVER!! HURHUR.

Later we played match and I thought we and the seniors will be in one HUGE group and

we'll play with the juniors.

Boy! WAS I WRONG WRONG WRONG!

Ended up Pokpok, Joline, Selina, Yenyi and I were in one team against the SENIORS.

It was like almost 1 year since we played in this combi.

Haha. I was so used to Serene taking Jiamin and I think I died (again) while guarding her.

JL still said he didn't see me running a lot! ))):

Later they change players and Celine was with the seniors.

JL was telling her to get more rebound and not let

short/small ppl especially ppl like ME to get them ):

Somehow I felt a little stingy pain in the heart. OH WELL.

Decided on where to eat for tomorrow's buffet lunch.

Ended up at Seoul gardens after a LONGGGG talk.

I don't really care where we eat actually, as long as

we get to spend time together as a team once again.

Today when the seniors came back, it felt like the old days again.

So nostalgic and I really miss all of the crapping.

Went to watch TT finals today.

School was relatively fun today I think.

Had like 2 slackly period and yeah it was quite fun.

Nealy fell asleep in maths again. Tsktsk. Took out my handy towel and splash water on it

before putting it on my face. (: Managed to keep awake.

Went to watch the junior's match after school.

They lost but it doesn't matter cause they're already in top 4. Haha.

Pokpok was going crazy when they scored a basket.

Seriously, why can't our season be that easy too. ):

I turned and gazed at him, then her.

Oh how sweet they look together despite their constant quarrelling.

I remember how I used to play around with them when I was younger and had the time.

He would play with me my silly card games with 'scissors paper stone' on them,

'family' whereby we had a character changed. I was the elder one and He, the younger one.

She would be preparing lunch for the both of us as she put in all the love and effort she could.

Then they would bath and dress me up before I head to school.

Once I was back, they would be waiting for me without fail at the void deck.

If it was raining, they would have an umbrella and a raincoat.

If it was sunny, they would hurry me to the shade.

When I was sick, they would be so worried and insist on staying at home to take care of me.

I remember vividly of this incident.

I was crying because I had forgotten to label my colour pencils and the teacher said she would check out the labellings as there were cases of colour pencils gone missing.

They did all they could and helped me with it.

They didn't even know their ABCs but yet they actually helped me finish labelling it.

I recall going to school and saying very proudly, ' They helped me with it!'

They truly dote on me and bought me many things.

I loved this pink hello kitty lantern and she bought it for me after my constant wailing.

He would always bring me down and every trip down meant sweet and chocolates.

That was always why I became overweight.

Overweight with love and concern..

I gazed and see how old they have become..

All this incident seems to have just pass but in real fact, it's already 7 years.

The hair on their head has turned white though they dye their hair.

No amount of dye can hide the gracefulness of how they aged..

Proud to be a cedar center. at 6:54 PM

I was looking through my drawers and I happened to see this:

It was all the encouragement that the seniors gave.
From C div 07-B div 09'
I opened every single one of the letters and read it.
It gave me so much motivation to do well once again.
Most of the letters are in PINK! (: My favourite colour!
I noticed a trend in it though, every letter said something like this:
'Make Cedar proud! Show them what Cedar centers can do.'
'Although you might be shorter then most centers, you can do it!' 'As you know Cedar centers are short, but we can run!'
'Don't be scared it's their lost if they look down on you! Scared also need to play, not scared also need to play. Might as well relax and play!'

Haha. It made me realised that though I'm short, I've survive the past 3 years as a center.
It doesn't mean just because I'm short I can't be a good center.
It only means that I'll put more pressure on the taller players if I can do what they can,
and just as well as them or even better!
It doesn't matter even if I'm short because I'm a CENTER and I'll JUMP for my life on court!

too long and too competitive, we forget why we're even playing this game.
It's not about the winning or achieving of titles, it's about the fun of the game.
It's about spending time with your teammates and having fun together.
